Proposal of redevelopment of derelict industrial zone caught in the middle of the city of delhi.
A model for public-private partnership-a mixed land use proposal providing public facilities and recreation at its heart, with public right-of-way. Tall airconditioned office buildings follow ideal orientation to minimise solar gains. Protected internal courts modify the microclimate and provide sheltered outdoor spaces.

This proposal was developed in collaboration with Sandeep Gandhi.
Delhi’s “Fleet Street”, the Feroz Shah Kotla and the cricket and football stadium are a modern connecting link between the New Delhi of Lutyens and Shahjehanabad.
The proposal restores the transportation, vehicular movement and parking near the hub of employment, tourist interest and sporting events, with a package that pays for itself in the gems.The streets alongside the press buildings becomes a shaded promenade with day time and evening activities, with the ITO marked by an information tower- that announces city’s environmental health and city events for the next day.

Proposal developed for Delhi Urban Art Commission (DUAC) through TVB School of Habitat Studies. Establishing a ceremonial route leading to Vidhan Sabha of Delhi State by recovering pedestrian space along a tree shaded avenue.
